Burnout is a growing problem for women with ADHD. The pressure to be perfect in every area of life, coupled with the tendency to over-commit and ignore your own needs can lead to burnout.
This course will help you identify if you are experiencing burnout, what it looks like and how it feels. It will also show you where this feeling comes from, why we have it in the first place, and most importantly how to resolve it so that you can feel better again!
We'll walk through an exercise that helps define your values and then shows you how those values should dictate which responsibilities get top priority in your life. You'll learn about time blocking as a tool for managing overwhelm and setting priorities based on value rather than convenience or urgency. Finally we'll talk about fallback menus - menu's of things that work when dopamine is low!
