Rachel Nauss, LCSW-S, RPT

Are you an adult looking for a therapist who sees you as a whole person - body, mind, and spirit? Or maybe you’re searching for the right therapist for your child and looking for someone who will let them be a child through play even in therapy. If either of these things are what you’re looking for, let's talk!

As a holistic therapist, I believe a person is more than just a mental health condition. I work with adults to understand their whole beings, considering things like nutrition, spirituality, and lifestyle. I also believe in the power of play. As a Registered Play Therapist, I let the child lead and communicate through playing and being a kid while partnering with parents every step of the way.

If this sounds like what you’re looking for, email me today. I provide a calming atmosphere and also offer equine-assisted therapy when appropriate. Reach out today and let’s work together to consider the wellness of your whole being.

Rachel Nauss obtained a Masters in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2006 and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Supervisor.  Rachel is also a Registered Play Therapist.

Teens and Adults

Jessica Clough LCSW

I began my career working with veterans, first responders, and their families. I still work closely with this population today, and I also work with civilians. I have experience working with complex trauma and many forms of addiction. I have experience addressing PTSD, anxiety, depression, OCD, addictive behaviors, adults that have experienced physical, emotional, and psychological abuse, and adults that have unresolved childhood trauma.

I've helped veterans work through combat/military trauma/civilian life stressors and first responders manage stressors in their career and other areas of life. I understand narcissism, and help people understand and heal from narcissistic abuse. I also work with teens between age 15-17 years old.

I have a client centered, attachment based approach. I'm trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I truly have a passion helping others, and it is my hope to be able to stand by you while you are on the journey of becoming who you want to be.

Jessica’s rate is $130 a session.

I believe therapy should provide impactful change, so I don’t let clients stay in the same place for very long. Through talk therapy and/or animal-assisted therapy, we’ll identify what is and isn't working in what you're already doing, devise a plan for what you want and put it into action right away.
